Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
Our company has established a dedicated quality management and technical support team, comprised of experienced quality management experts, technical engineers, and testing personnel. This department is dedicated to ensuring quality control throughout the entire process, from product design and raw material procurement to manufacturing and shipping. This customer-oriented team, based on a standardized management system and leveraging advanced testing equipment and systematic quality tools, continuously improves product consistency and reliability, ensuring we provide customers with high-quality products.
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality process spans from supplier screening to final testing. We enforce strict supplier standards with regular reviews. All materials receive IQC sampling; non-conforming items are returned. IPQC monitors production in real-time using SPC. All production lines include checkpoints for in-process functional tests. Finished goods must pass OQC inspections for appearance, performance, and reliability. ERP and MES systems provide full traceability, and we drive continuous improvement through PDCA, training, and quality reviews.

Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows) or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions - business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the company. Policy on Commercial Bribery
